Composer for Film, TV, and Video Games

Karl Feuerstake is a Film, TV, and Video-Game composer based in Kingston, Ontario.

Most recently he finished the soundtrack to Running with Rifles: Edelweiss, a D-Day themed expansion pack to the Running with Rifles video-game series.

Having began his composing career scoring various local advertisements and trailer videos, in 2017 Karl managed to land a bigger break by working on Running with Rifles: Pacific.

The war game series features comic-book style graphics and a unique top-down camera angle, and allows players to engage in cover-to-cover combat across a variety of battlefields.

Trained in music composition at the University of Ottawa, he is currently living and working in Kingston, Ontario.

Working with Karl was a pleasure. He was easily able to adapt to and realize the vision of my short film, while enhancing it with his own creative inspirations. Beyond this he was able to do so while maintaining both the schedule and the budget that had been approved. All around a pleasant experience.

Kerry Hutton - Director, "Saying Goodbye" (2018)

Karl is a very proactive professional, attentive to details and perfectionist. His creativity and effective communication are definitely valuable assets. He works with enthusiasm, dedication and respects timeline. I highly recommend Karl.

Vanessa Kammer - Producer, "Saying Goodbye" (2018)

Karl's creativity has been a constant boon to the development of my projects. Over the six years I've been working with him, the effort and attention to detail that he puts into his music and sound design has never slackened. He is also readily receptive to feedback and will not hesitate to make changes should the need arise. I expect to keep working with Karl well into the future.
